Ad infinitum gains in e-tearsheet popularity
North Canton, OH, June 1, 2004 Presteligence has today announced that The Spokesman-Review of Spokane, Washington and The Clarion-Ledger of Jackson, Mississippi have subscribed to its ad infinitum hosted online e-Tearsheet and invoice solution. In addition, The Globe and Mail of Toronto have purchased the company’s software to provide e-tearsheet and invoice delivery from their Toronto publishing site directly to their clients. The recent integration of ad infinitum allows The Spokesman-Review’s customers to enjoy the many benefits of storing e-tearsheets, linked together with the associated billing information, in one location - available for use as soon as the newspaper is published and the invoice generated. For the user to access the secure hosted digital service, all that is required is Internet access and a standard Web browser. “Presteligence’s ad infinitum e-tearsheet solution offers The Spokesman-Review the ability to provide its customers the latest tearsheet technology, without adding staff , additional hardware or programming time,” says Rolanda Webb, Customer Service Administration Manager. “Our customers receive an e-mail notifying them of their ad via a secure Web environment. Unlike the competition, Presteligence understood our needs for today, and we believe will meet our future needs that go far beyond tearsheet services. Ad infinitum allows our account executives and their advertisers to check ads and their invoice for each month using the online archives and vouchers. Our management staff can search for ads using the expanded search capabilities based on data provided each day. We intend on launching this product in June 2004 to our retail advertisers, with a full launch to follow within the next 6 months.” Other North American publishers have also recently signed with Presteligence. One of those publishers is The Clarion-Ledger of Jackson, Mississippi, which has already implemented the ad infinitum service. The Clarion-Ledger, which is owned by Gannett Company Inc., had the ad infinitum service integrated with its Genesys billing system to provide its clients with online invoice delivery. The other newspaper is The Globe and Mail, Toronto, Canada, which has purchased the e-tearsheet and invoice delivery software product enabling the publisher to bring this service in-house. Additional products within Presteligence’s suite of Web advertising solutions are ad archiving, internet proofing, centralized ad submission, classified lineage submission and an ad services module, which are all offered either as a part Presteligence’s comprehensive suite of hosted services, or alternatively publishers wishing to host their own online systems may purchase the software from the company.
