Bristol Herald-Courier gets NewsXtreme

North Canton, OH, April 27, 2006

Presteligence installed its production workflow software, NewsXtreme, at The Herald-Courier in Bristol, Virginia. They plan on moving forward with live production the last week of April, just two weeks after initial installation. Bristol is the second Media General Inc. property (Tampa Tribune was the first) to install NewsXtreme.

In other news, Presteligence is gearing up for their summer installations. As the recommended vendor for electronic tearsheets and invoice delivery to Advance Publications, Presteligence gained contracts from both the Flint Journal and Huntsville Times in Alabama. Rollout begins in June and July, respectively. Tuscaloosa News and TimesDaily in Florence, Alabama are scheduled for NewsXtreme installations. Both will occur after their AGFA CTP Devices are completely operational.
