5 Dailies Tap Presteligence for Tearsheets

Bay City News, Saginaw News, The Oregonian, Sioux City Journal and Mobile Register have selected Presteligence’s Adinfinitum as their electronic tearsheet & invoice delivery solution.

Sioux City Journal, located in Iowa, (circ: 40,638) has contracted with Presteligence for electronic tearsheets and invoices. For Sioux City, Adinfinitum will diminish the costs and labors of couriering tearsheets on a daily basis and stuffing and mailing the tearsheets with the monthly invoices. Sioux City’s local and national advertisers will get emails the same day their ad runs notifying them that their tearsheet is available to view. Currently, advertisers wait at least 1-2 days before their tearsheets are physically delivered. Sioux City plans on launching Adinfinitum to their clients next month.

The Oregonian in Portland, Oregon will implement Adinfinitum in two phases. First, they will be promoting use of the system for classified display customers only. Those accounts can log into the system to view, save, and print the ad. Adinfinitum’s distinctive auto-ad outliner points the user to the exact location of where the liner ad is placed within the page. Kathy Monnot, Project Manager for The Oregonian says, “We saw the savings and felt it important to introduce electronic tearsheets for our display classified customers as soon as possible, even though our ROP ads were not ready. Adinfinitum is very intuitive and the learning curve to advertisers will be small.” Phase II of the implementation will be ROP Ads.

Advance Publication properties, Bay City News and Saginaw News, sister papers in Michigan, share many of the same resources. Being just 15 miles apart, they chose to launch Adinfinitum concurrently because they share many of the same local advertisers. Diane Sinicki from Bay City Systems Department says, “I have to believe our advertisers will love this.”

On the heels of these installations, Mobile Register, located in Alabama, also contracted with Presteligence. They intend on launching to their advertisers April 1st. This launch coincides nicely with the release of Adinfinitum 4.0. End users will see a more streamlined interface and notice the speed of opening files and running searches.

Adinfinitum 4.0 heightens the end user experience as the new release is an all inclusive e-portal system. Advertisers have access to their ads from inception to final output and billing. Advertisers can submit ads online, proof ads, view tearsheets, reconcile statements, and pay the invoice all from within Adinfinitum.
