Presteligence announces two new features now available to publishers using My News…On the Go that help in the delivery of their e-editions. 

The Daily Delivery Notification lets subscribers opt into receiving an email as a reminder their e-edition subscription is available.  These customizable notifications are automatically remitted at the publisher’s requested time and can contain a link to sign into the electronic edition.   “Our research and experience indicates that information pushed to end-users results in a higher click-thru rate,” says Bob Behringer, President & CEO of Presteligence. 

Another new feature is Redelivery Management.   Redelivery Management allows publishers to more easily provide login information to print subscribers who did not receive their newspaper.   The user can access the selected single day’s copy of their missed or undelivered subscription and can view it for the next 30 days.  This feature minimizes the consumable costs and time of driving to a print subscriber’s house to deliver the newspaper.  Most subscribers agree to the e-edition suggestion as they are able to begin reading the paper as fast as they can log into the site.  The customer service rep can simply tell the subscriber the website and username/password or directly email the subscriber the information out of the system.
