Adopts Presteligence

Lee Enterprises selected Presteligence as their vendor for electronic tearsheets, electronic invoicing, and electronic proofing.  Lee Properties will employ Adinfinitum’s advertising e-services portal to their advertising clients by first launching e-tearsheets and invoices followed by the electronic proofing.   Bismarck Tribune, The Sentinel (Carlisle, PA), Twin Falls Times-News, Southern Illinoisan, Waterloo Courier, and Quad City Times launched the service to the advertisers this past summer.  Decatur Herald & Review and St. Louis Post-Dispatch launched this month.  To reach a maximum savings, most of the sites eliminated paper tearsheets immediately after making Adinfinitum available to their advertisers.

Hanford Sentinel will also implement Adinfinitum and My News…On the Go electronic edition replacing their current vendors.  They will upload their PDFs one time to Presteligence, who will process the pages uniquely for the two different services. They will promote e-subscriptions for a 7 day e-edition and single copy sales.   

   As a result of the existing relationship Lee Enterprises also contracted with Presteligence for a RIP project to upgrade hardware, operating systems, and RIPs to maintain the Lee corporate level of network security requirements.  Installation began at the end of October and will go into 2010 at the following sites:  Napa Valley Register (CA), Garden Island (HI), Carlisle Sentinel (PA), Ledger-Independent (KY), Times & Democrat (SC), Coos Bay World (OR), and Santa Maria Times (CA).  In addition, Maysville Ledger-Independent will also use NewsXtreme LITE and Ink-Miser (ink optimization) from Presteligence.
