Paxton Media Group Standardizes with Adinfinitum


Paxton Media Group has begun rolling out electronic tearsheets and invoices across half of their daily and weekly newspapers. 

The implementation of Adinfinitum began earlier this year with Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer and its regionalized publications, McLean County News, Vincennes Sun Commercial, Portland Leader, Madisonville Messenger, and Franklin Favorite and came to fruition with advertisers after upgrading and centralizing their advertising systems.  Adinfinitum allow users in Owensboro to administer all the advertising accounts for the other sites—a feature that was important to them as they centralize systems and functions throughout the region.  

Marion Chronicle Tribune and its affiliated papers, Wabash Plain Dealer, Huntington Herald-Press, Frankfort Times, and Peru Tribune will be next to launch the service to their advertising customers.  Although the publisher has already discontinued the cost of mailing paper tearsheets, they are still taking the time to manually email PDF tearsheets to customers.  Adinfinitum eliminates that need and saves about 20 hours per month according to Trish Nelson, Business Manager at the Chronicle-Tribune.  It also delivers tearsheets when the sales reps cross sell into the other regionalized newspapers.  Advertisers are invoiced through their ‘main’ publication but have access to all the ads printed in the affiliated newspapers.  St. Joseph Herald Palladium will be the next Paxton Media publisher to see the savings of Adinfinitum.
