NORTH CANTON, OH (January 25, 2010)  Presteligence announces today an enhancement to Adinfinitum Advertising e-Services Portal that allows advertisers to opt-in to paperless statements via the Adinfinitum website. 
            
Presteligence creates a separate invoice PDF file for all the accounts that require/request a mailed statement. This file is then delivered back to the publisher for review, printing, and distribution. 
            
Publishers can implement paperless statements in whatever way they choose—letting advertisers opt-in for paperless statements or forcing the opt-in.  Forcing the opt-in requires accounts to opt-out of the service in order to receive a mailed statement.  

Paperless billing endorses eco-friendly behavior for both advertiser and publisher. It also offers organization, less clutter, and an easy, efficient method to see current and archived statements.  Advertisers receive an email notification when new statements become available in Adinfinitum.  With the one-click e-invoice viewer, advertisers see a replica of the printed statement alongside all of the tearsheets billed to that statement for efficient reconciliation of billed items. 

Some publishers have pushed the envelope and moved beyond monthly advertising statements. The Oregonian uses Adinfinitum for memo billing while The Waco Tribune-Herald promotes e-billing for their carrier statements.
