"The e-tearsheet site is much more than a tearsheet site for us.   It, of course saves us money, in manpower and mailing costs.  Not having to deal with the phone calls from advertisers who say we didn’t receive them, “THEY MUST HAVE BEEN LOST IN THE MAIL” is such a joy.    I find that there are very few advertisers who will not accept e-tearsheets, and those are mostly ones who run full color ads. Our accounting dept loves the ease of being able to look up quickly an invoice, and being able to email that invoice to advertisers.

 An extra bonus, which we hadn’t thought of, is that some of our Account Executives, especially the inside sales team use it as a sales tool.  It is much easier to make a sale to a new advertiser or existing advertiser when you can immediately show them an example of a special page or section you are trying to sell them.

 For me, in managing the site internally and for our advertisers, YOUR SUPPORT staff is beyond compare in CUSTOMER SERVICE.  The quick response and ability to help me solve the few challenges we have is next to none."
